What happens if I receive a faulty or broken item?
If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged/faulty, you should take photos or video showing the damage/fault and contact us immediately. We'll share your feedback with our delivery partners and suppliers to ensure our service and the quality of packaging is improved.
If you notice that an item is damaged/faulty after it has been delivered to you, please take photos or video clearly showing the damage/fault and contact us as soon as possible
We will refund or replace the product with a new one.
Can I change my shipping address after placing order?
You may change the shipping address as soon as possible by contacting us. We will try to change it with our delivery partners.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
How can I order multiple items?
You can add your orders in the cart. Once you are done with your shopping you may see your orders at My cart section on our page.

How much is the shipping cost for delivery?
The shipping cost is free for all orders. Currently, we only ship in Australia.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the courier's website.
How much time it takes to ship the product?
We generally take 1-2 business days(Mon-Fri) to ship and 7-15 business days(Mon-Fri) to transit.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
We are sorry that you received a damaged product. Kindly keep the item in the condition you received it and contact us. We will make sure that you receive the correct product.
