This large three compartment nesting box gives your hens a quiet, private place to lay their eggs. It suits backyard flocks, small farms and poultry runs, and each compartment is set up for one hen so eggs stay in one place and are easier to collect. The boxes are made from pine wood with a carbonized finish that gives a rustic look

Guard bars at the front help keep eggs from rolling out. Front and rear ventilation openings keep air moving, and drainage holes at the base help stop water from pooling

Each box can be lined with straw or hay for a softer nest. The unit measures 105 cm long, 30 cm deep and 36 cm tall, with each compartment measuring 35 cm wide. The package weighs 6.5 kg and includes 3 x chicken egg laying boxes and 1 x instruction guide

Assembly is required. The boxes have no pre-drilled holes for mounting, so you may need to drill them yourself, and they cannot be fixed to a wall
